The development of the Virtual Platform is based on Chamilo (https://chamilo.org/), an open-source e-learning and content management system, aimed at improving access to education and knowledge globally. The virtual platform is used for the integration of different technological applications with pedagogic use for the delivery of interactive courses that combine presential and online training.
