Recursos Rurais publícase en Open Access, coa finalidade de favorecer e promover a libre dispoñibilidade na internet da literatura científica, permitindo a calquera usuario a súa lectura, descarga, copia, impresión, distribución ou calquera outro uso legal da mesma, sen ningunha barreira financeira, técnica ou doutro tipo. Sempre coa condición de manter a integridade da obra e o recoñecemento da autoría.
Rurais Resources are published in Open Access, with the purpose of favoring and promoting free availability on the internet of scientific literature, allowing label users to read, download, copy, print, distribute or label other legal use of the same, without any barreira financeira, technique or other type. Always with the condition of maintaining integrity of the work and or recognition of the authorship.

Creative Commons é unha organización internacional sen ánimo de lucro que ofrece un sistema flexible de dereitos de autor. Dentro do marco legal vixente, permite ás persoas autoras a posibilidade de especificar as condicións baixo as que permiten a terceiras persoas usos das súas obras.
Creative Commons is an international for-profit organization that offers a flexible system of copyright. Within the current legal framework, it allows other authors the possibility of specifying the conditions under which they allow third parties to use their works.
Recuros Rurais emprega como normativa legal de uso unha licenza internacional Creative Commons do tipo BY-NC-ND 4.0: “Recoñecemento-Non comercial-Compartir igual” (Non se permite un uso comercial da obra orixinal nin das posibles obras derivadas, a súa distribución débese facer cunha licenza igual a que regula a obra orixinal).
Recuros Rurais undertakes as legal norm of use an international license Creative Commons of type BY-NC-ND 4.0: “Non-commercial recognition-Share alike” (No commercial use of the original work is allowed with no possible derivative works, to its distribution must be given a license equal to that which regulates the original work).
